1951 Hungary – Banned occasional postmark of a caricature exhibition. The reason for the diplomatic move was that the figure on the end of the pencil depicted President Truman.
One of the rarest Hungarian occasional cancellation. Only 3 specimens are known, including the Postal Museum’s collection.
